Case Studies
Highlighting an Exciting Past and Future
The case studies showcase past achievements and share that learning with you. We’re more than happy to discuss the results and their practical implications for you and your situation.
The next steps are equally exciting, having secured two PhD students to work with us developing The Receptivity for Change Toolset in British Sugar plc and Saudi Aramco. This gives us a global presence and an increasing private sector expertise.
Needless to say, we are working with our current project partners as we extend our work in their organisations and find opportunities to mirror this work in linked organisations, for example, other police forces and assisting the ongoing but reduced Building Schools for the Future (BSF) Programme.
We have applied for more funding from the ESRC to extend our current grant but in an international social inclusion context i.e. applying The TRANSFORMATION Pathway with its two associated toolsets to assist NGOs in Romania manage and deliver more education and health opportunities to the Roma – access to water resources is key. Two of our current project partners will be involved in this, as will new partners. We have an ethical commitment to support the achievement of the millennium goals.
The TRANSFORMATION Toolsets have been used by a wide variety of organisations. We have supporting case studies giving the evidence of performance improvement – their return on investment (ROI) in terms of the time taken to use the Toolsets and our impact in supporting them with implementation. At this stage, we have two written-up examples of what we have achieved:
- Warwickshire Police – ANPR Project : A Case Study of Project Partner Collaboration
- Playgroup – Restructuring Project: A Case Study of the Receptivity Framework in Action
Although we have written up our version of the Playgroup Case Study, we also have their version which has creatively been done as a series of pictures telling a story.
