Conference 1 – Transformation: The What, The Good and The How

The Conference took place at Aston Business School on 16th March 2010, between 10am and 1pm.

It focused on achieving measurable project improvement through specific organisational processes. Leading edge research and practical real-life examples from both private and public sectors were presented by renowned experts.
